The multi-functional youth centre in Tirana is officially opened in February 5, 2001. It offers innovative services for youths. Centre goal is to contribute to the improvement of a healthy life style to the Albanian Young Adults, by ensuring adequate and good quality of information, counselling services provided, and availability of modern contraception methods. Within the youth centres operates a youth volunteers group, which is composed by 20 young people voluntarily involved in the main activities of the centre and the organization.

The services offered by the centre are:

• Information on reproductive health :leaflets/brochures and IEC (newspapers, manuals etc)
• Counselling on reproductive health: Individual/group
• Oral contraceptive
• Condom
• Medical service on reproductive health
• Gynaecological visits
• Training and informative seminars: High Schools/Universities
• Psychosocial counselling : Individual/group
• Library: scientific books, novels, dictionaries , etc
• Internet
• Photocopy
• Bar Service
