The youth centre in Shkodra is opened in March 2001. It is frequented from a considerable number of youths. Centre goal is to contribute to the improvement of a healthy life style of the Albanian Young Adults, by ensuring adequate and good quality of information, counselling services provided, and availability of modern contraception methods. The youth group is composed by 22 young people voluntary involved in activities organised by the centre, trained as peer educators. The centre is placed in a populated area, near the Shkodra university. The coordinator and the contact person of the centre is Bledar Shanja.

• Information on reproductive health :leaflets/brochures and IEC (newspapers, manuals etc)
• Counselling on reproductive health: Individual/group
• Oral contraceptive

• Medical service on reproductive health

• Library: scientific books, novels, dictionaries , etc
